Buying a new appliance?

We do not sell parts:

If you are looking to buy a part, we do not sell parts but we may guide you to where you can purchase parts locally or where to order your part if the part is not available at the local supply house.

Selling your used appliances:

If you are selling your appliances, we do not buy used appliances and we do not acquire them to use them for parts either.

You need to get rid of your old appliances:

if you need someone to haul away your old one, we might do that if you do the installation with us.

We do not work on small appliances:

We do not do mixers, blenders, toasters, Air Fryers, electric kettles, juicers, over the counter ice machines, portable washers, coffee makers, rice cookers and irons and vacuum cleaners.

Are we local to Mount Prospect?

Yes we are a local appliance repair company located at 1100 W Northwest Highway Suite 108-1 Mount Prospect IL 60056, and we provide outstanding appliance repair customer service. If you plan to visit us at our office please make an appointment as we do make trips to customers homes and businesses and we also make frequent visits to the parts stores and the supply house. It s best to make an appointment to make sure someone is here in the office to meet with you.

What are your working hours?

We work from 9am to 9pm Monday through Sunday, off on holidays such as Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Christmas day and new year’s.
Do you provide any guaranty on your appliance repair?
We have a 90-day warranty for all appliances just to give you a peace of mind that the appliance will not break tomorrow.
or next week or Next month. If your appliance does not break during the 90-day period, they chances are, it is a good fix.

What if your service technician cannot repair the appliance?

In the unlikely event that repair is not possible due to the parts not available or  cost being prohibitive, you only pay for the service call.

What type of appliances do you repair?

We repair all major appliances foreign and domestic.
We repair brands that others cannot repair such as LG Samsung, Miele, Bosch and subzero, Thermador etc…

Do I need to pay extra if a second visit is needed?

No, you only pay for the cost of the repair. If the technician does not have the part in his truck or van, he will get the part from the supply house and come back to that same day or next day to finish the job as long as the part is available. If part is not available locally, we make every attempt to secure the part from out of state or out of the country.

What type of payments do you take?

We accept all major credit cards, Checks, Zelle or Venmo.

Do you offer same day service in Mount Prospect?

Yes, we do same day service as long as the call comes before 2pm on a weekday. We can perform a diagnostic on the same day and if the part is available, we will repair the appliance on the same visit.
If part is available at the supply house, we will get the part and come back on the same day and finish the job.
However, if the part is a special-order part, we have no choice but to order the part and wait for it to arrive before we
can schedule a second visit. You may have to pay for the part upfront and you will pay for the labor when the job is completed.

Do you work with landlords and property management?

Yes, we do. We have a lot of customers that own multiple units and with property managements with properties all over Chicagoland area.
